2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if younger, to use our services or register for events.
3. Description of Services
Support Local provides an online referral network, event registration, vendor/sponsor opportunities, and community features for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Additional terms may apply to specific programs or events.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program (“Support Local Alerts”)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications regarding events, reminders, updates, offers, and community information.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
Your phone number will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Payment, Refunds, & Cancellations
Payment is required at time of registration for events, vendor/sponsor programs, or ticket purchases.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policy set for each event or program.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully (no spam, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights).

All content, logos, graphics, and software on the website are the property of Support Local or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Support Local disclaims liability for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, including lost profits, data loss, or interruption.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Support Local, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, Nevada for disputes.
